Each student was tasked with designing the same exact shirt and skirt, then creating a unique photoshoot to make their project stand out.

Although only one model was used, it is through the different stylings, locations, and overall feel that transform this otherwise known as a "simple" project into two opposing selling strategies, appealing to a variety of women, not just one customer. Drawing inspiration from the Yin Yang dualism symbol, with a strong 60’s influence, the ancient Chinese philosophy plays a pivotal role throughout the shoot by reinforcing the concept that negative and positive, or light and dark, cannot exist without each other. Learning to embrace and cautiously accept both the good and bad parts of life.
